應用ANSYS有限元分析軟件對差動式干選機整體機架進行靜力分析和模態分析,得到整體機架的應力、應變云圖和前10階固有頻率以及振型。根據有限元分析結果,對整體機架的結構進行優化,確保整體機架在外載荷和激振器的作用下不會發生共振,并且應力、應變在允許范圍內,為整體機架的結構設計及改進提供理論依據。差動式干選機研制成功并得到系列化生產以及推廣應用,取得了良好的經濟和社會效益。
Abstract:
Static analysis modal analysis of the whole frame of differential-motion separator by using ANSYS finite element analysis software, the stress strain nephogram the first 10 natural frequencies mode shapes of the whole frame are obtained. According to the results of finite element analysis, the structure of the whole frame is optimized. It ensures that the whole frame will not resonate under the action of external loads exciters, the stress strain are within the allowable range. It provides a theoretical basis for the structural design improvement of the whole frame. The differential-motion dry separator has been successfully developed, serialized production popularization application, has achieved good economic social benefits.
